How Do I Place An Order?

Orders for tables can be placed through the website or by contacting us directly. If you are needing a style other than the ones offered on our site or are interested in a different type of furniture, please contact us.

Is full payment for furniture required upfront?

When placing a furniture order, a 50% non-refundable down payment is due and then the other 50% is due up completion and pick up of the piece.

Is full payment for personalized goods required upfront?

Yes, any item that is customized or personalized will require full payment.

I have an idea for a personalized item that is not on your website, can you make it?

Please email us at willowrust@outlook.com and let us know your idea and we will definitely look into it!

Do you offer wholesale items?

Yes! We offer wholesale and bulk pricing for non-furniture items that varies depending on the item and quantity requirements.

Do you offer shipping on all items?

All non-furniture items can be shipped anywhere in the United States. As of right now, furniture items are pickup only from our shop at 8 N Main Street in Miamisburg, Ohio but we are working on offering delivery and shipping options in the future.

Is my online payment secure?

We accept payment through our point of sale system with Square so all information is secure and cannot be seen by us.

Do you accept returns?

All custom made items and furniture are not returnable. If you have concerns with any item, please contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving it and we will remedy the situation if possible.
